I am utterly disheartened and disappointed in the appalling experience I had with CareTech Telford. The management's blatant disregard for employee well-being and lack of accountability have created a toxic work environment that is nothing short of detrimental to one's mental and emotional health. The manager's behavior is particularly egregious, as they consistently prioritize covering their own backs over addressing legitimate concerns and complaints. This was evident in the way they handled supervision sessions – merely going through the motions to tick boxes and avoid scrutiny, rather than genuinely supporting staff development and well-being. What's even more disturbing is the blatant favoritism shown to long-standing staff members, who seem to operate with impunity, bullying and belittling newer employees with no consequences. The manager turns a blind eye to this behavior, allowing it to fester and create a culture of fear and intimidation.

The treatment of agency staff is equally appalling, with little to no regard for their well-being or contributions. The manager and old staff members seem to conspire against them, making it impossible for them to integrate or feel valued. It's clear that the management's primary concern is protecting their own interests, rather than fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
