i love working no matter what field im in. Im a fresh graduate so the only con was it was hot but i honestly didnt mind it because i love working in general.

Nice service users and hard working staff

Management tell staff they are just support workers when they have no qualifications themselves talking to staff like they are nobodies . Management being scared of service users locking themselves in office when behaviours occur telling staff they don't care if they leave they will get people who do care .
