i love working no matter what field im in. Im a fresh graduate so the only con was it was hot but i honestly didnt mind it because i love working in general.
Management tell staff they are just support workers when they have no qualifications themselves talking to staff like they are nobodies . Management being scared of service users locking themselves in office when behaviours occur telling staff they don't care if they leave they will get people who do care . Management lying to different staff
