Good for a few years to get experience

Cons

Management is totally clueless. Nobody can make decisions and stick to them. Everything is controlled by c levels in the parent company who have no idea how to run a product company. Endless meetings that only result in more meetings. Nothing ever gets done, lost in a circle of meetings and indecision. No career progress because there is no money.
