Lovely clients but runs not managed fairly - Care and Support Worker Caremark Ltd Employee Review

The only thing I can complain about is how the runs are managed - some runs are very long driving up and down peninsula and some very short within one small town, village. And all for the same pay but with big difference in petrol usage. Management doesn’t seem to do anything about that. I think that runs should be revised and planned more fairly especially with the rising prices of petrol.
