Co-workers, physical environment, hours, benefits, had great potential.
Cons
Poor upper management, very slow in making business decisions, critical leadership tolerated and encouraged, replace existing employees (many older ones) with a performance rating system of eliminating 10% of these employees globally each year. Constant turn-over of people in certain business units.
