Cons
Management has lost sight of the prize. To much time and money spent chasing revenue and no time trying to grow the company. The current HCIS management has come in with a mission that can only be described as throwing out the baby with the bath water. In an effort to replace perceived under performers a large number of talented individuals were let go. So now when quality individuals start leaving for safer employment, this management is stunned and reacts by undermining the talents of people the would proudly retain. When employees are scared of being replaced they will never reach their full productivity potential.
