      Pros

      People are nice kind and they will guide you to acheive your goals and your objectives within the company and job scope. Office is nice and comfortable.

      Cons

      Salary is abit on the low side and they will not focus on internal people well but always am able to pay highly for external talents to make sure that they get talent replacement

      Easy tasks now shoulder peaking or hand holding

      Cons

      Hot and cold environment, union means you get paid the same as the guy that can’t get fired and does almost nothing
