      Pros

      Excellent conditions They invest in their employees Growth opportunities The company ethics are great (and they actually abide by them which is refreshing) I left to attend an MBA program and they supported me in my decision

      Its very large which makes it sometimes difficult to navigate

      Easy tasks now shoulder peaking or hand holding

      Cons

      Hot and cold environment, union means you get paid the same as the guy that can’t get fired and does almost nothing
