      may be a correct job (salary, work envirnment...etc)

      for some plants (third world...) guiding pinciples (for exemple respect...) are just printed words on boards....

      Easy tasks now shoulder peaking or hand holding

      Cons

      Hot and cold environment, union means you get paid the same as the guy that can’t get fired and does almost nothing
