Pros
Still privately held. Strong corporate values around corporate ethics, safety and protecting the environment.. Big emphasis on sustainability and being good global citizens. Employees were friendly and helpful. Benefits were good.
Cons
Compensation was ok. Lots of changes being implemented due to poor business results the past few years. Many jobs being out sourced or offshored to regional business centers. Lots of uncertainty regarding job security. They are a bit behind the time regarding process improvement.
