      - The company is large and you're able to create your own opportunities. - Salary is not bad at all. - Hybrid work model

      Cons

      - Almost no growth ability outside of US. A common inside joke: "There will be opportunities for everyone, but positions for 2" - No additional perks out of the required by law. - Everything takes ages to even start - Almost no bonuses last couple of years due to incompetent management - According to CEO cost reduction equals growth
