      People is the best of Cargill. Good benefits, good salary.

      Cons

      High management is not good. It seems they don't have a clear direction of where the company should go. In the end, that ended up affecting the employees.

      Easy tasks now shoulder peaking or hand holding

      Cons

      Hot and cold environment, union means you get paid the same as the guy that can’t get fired and does almost nothing
