      - Lean and mean team setup, which gives excellent opportunities to make a difference as an individual. - Management allows individuals to grow and learn. - Very diverse and global team, including customers across 50 countries. - Open culture, people do share and say wht they want. Co-workers are interested in the well-being of their colleagues.

      - The team is across various timezones, so it is something hard to connect with everyone.

      - Work life balance is amazing, no one can ever have a complain about it - The best part is the team, everyone is extremely supportive.

      Cons

      - Unnecessary processes were introduced comparing the size of the team, which impacted the productivity. - There isn’t very clear career ladder for growth.

      - After HR, you'll have to go through another 3 levels of interviews - Still using TestGorilla to assess candidates' potential, relying on standardized questions rather than real-life work scenarios
