      Pros

      Working from home is nice

      Cons

      Their system is trash, they expect good sales metrics but the leads that come in are all people looking for low income help. And caring doesn’t care about those people

      Pros

      Acquisition by Silver Assist gave Caring more runway and hopefully investment. On paper, the synergy between Silver Assist and Caring is undeniable.

      Cons

      Silver Assist's culture and operating model is very different than Caring's. Silver Assist may not value Caring employees or create a great environment.
