Discriminative to all races, except Latin. Terrible company culture that promotes seniority over productivity. No room for promotion, unless current positions freed by deaths or resignation. Poor workplace safety and NO employee compensations honored when employees injuried during work. Employee discount is lowers than those offered to customers. Management had zero training, resulting lack of skills to perform even basic tasks. The company is also offering deep discounts on brands, which are prohibited by its vendors.
