Pros

Sadly... none any more. The Omnicom merger killed anything good this company had going for it.

Cons

Super instable. I'm no longer there but there was about 1.5 year term before I left of layoffs after layoffs after layoffs. Now I have heard from friends still there how bad it has become, truly Omnicom is trying to kill this place. No 401k match, PTO benefits and holidays slashed, parental leave policy slashed, and you are never guaranteed a desk but forced to come in (they track IP I hear). I was one of the lucky ones that got out before the slashing happened as I hear they have drastically cut any severace pay you might get as well. So I would avoid at all costs until they either go out of business or some major restructuring happens.

Cons

So much of what was unique and worth working for the agency has been gutted by the merger between IPG and Omnicom. The cuts of the accounting team in Omaha leaves more room for mistakes and delays in billing. Also the current employees are filling in the gaps now while already being stretched beyond what is even remotely close to being a balanced work flow. No regard for employees holding the departments together while top executives pat themselves on the back for pretending to care about them and roll in the promotions for whomever isn’t too overqualified/overpaid in their eyes. Obviously can’t know for sure, but once you spend even just a little time talking to leadership, it leaves a bitter taste considering their lack of perspective on how most employees (besides the ones vying for their approval) see them now with the corporate overlords calling all the shots with no end in sight.
