Great team environment and very helpful.

No cons that I could remember,

The tech team is very competent. Modern tech stack and resources. The CTO is a smart guy with previous success in other startups.

The CPO is a doofus. He needs to be expelled immediately. He's shockingly incompetent, a bad actor that only cares about his own personal gain, and in general doesn't know the difference between "their", "there" and "they're". He's destroying the company.
