Pros
Steady hours I guess & if you hate or have no family, its ok. I averaged just over 100hrs a week because of overnight, on-call shifts & minimum 12hr shifts (rarely that short)
Cons
100hrs a week, 12-14hr work days, MAYBE 1 day off per week, $10/hr, no food ever, usually in the middle of nowhere, you ARE property & as a "helper" you don't get to leave until roughly 10 people say they don't need you for anything
