- Work requires a high level of focus and attention to detail - Very Oxbridge - Not particularly diverse - Poor female-to-male ratio in Engineering leadership - Haven't got to know people as well as I would like because of lockdown (been in the office only 2 days out of my 4 months here) - Not everyone is as approachable - Poor social mixing between departments
