Cons

Mr. Sarmalkar, the Engineering head, seems better suited for politics than his current corporate role. He's seen as one of the worst Engineering heads, favouring only his buddies in the center. The HR team doesn't get involved in engineering matters, which is a downside. They don't seem to care much about employee well-being. No work from home and hybrid work options. Plus, HRs can't even manage to give out relieving letters on time. There's no fair appraisal system; only Mr. Sarmalkar's favorites get good raises.

Pros

The solid skills of Carraro Group are the result of a deep knowledge in transmission systems applied to agricultural machinery and construction equipment. This is in addition to a global presence consolidated, in over 15 years of internationalization, in every area of the world: from the USA to China, from Europe to India and South America.

Cons

It is not easy to work within a group with such complex dynamics. And sometimes it's not easy to be immediately in line with the different cultural approaches. This may be a risk for those not used to relate to very heterogeneous working groups.
