Pros
Working with a team of people Manager was nice and helpful when there was an issue with customers 15 minutes breaks on every shift (4-5 hours) Easy to work at as long as you are motivated and polite, no need for experience 13th month salary Great money for the job
Cons
As a student and therefore a part-time worker, I was working with colleagues who were older and have been working there for years. Knowing that as as student I wouldn't stay for long, I did not feel like they really care to make me feel at ease/integrated. Once they changed the manager, the working culture changed a bit. Before, our manager would greet us one by one with our names every morning, and always be nice and supportive . Once it changed our manager was basically ignoring us and making the work place feel colder.
