No work life balance No extra incentives or bonuses as promised (yet keep getting cut) Very toxic Not organized at all Disregard lower staffs ( ground workers, front liners) Very toxic politics (office politics) Keep pushing staffs to do extra work without compensation and without giving any help or guidance Management only care and take credit for themselves Disregard employees safety and welfare (COVID-19) No career advancements unless you kipas the management or particular managers
