Pros
Carroll County was a great school system to work in. The teachers and principals are great to work with.
Cons
If you have any career ambitions beyond the classroom, you have to make sure you are known to the superintendent. Even for AP positions, the superintendent makes the decisions. It is a small district that stills works on the good ole boy system.
