Pros
- high starting pay, 40%-50% higher than what my other university classmates got from competitors - very good bonus, depend on self performance, very performance base company - chance to talk to board of director, CEO, CFO, COO etc of many famous listed companies during project meeting, many ex-staff move on to senior management position in big companies after having the exposure - smart colleagues, many have good mba from top business school - overall nice cooperation culture
Cons
- long working hours - poor hr support, a lot of reimburse, payment, leave record error etc - no internal training program for the staff
