Nice to start with...but it mostly hires for sales only . You are lucky if they hire you for another position if you are a fresher. The incentives are really good. And this sales process is better than any other sales job because here you have to deal with the person who is already interested to sell their car. So it makes it actually a buying process but yeah you have to negotiate good as the rates are very low given in second hand market
