Pros
Early finish on fridays that’s it.
Cons
This was the worst company I’ve ever worked for. Tasks are often deprioritized immediately after completion, even if they were rushed as “urgent.” There’s constant back and forth on decision-making—projects are greenlit then suddenly dropped without any clear explanation. Communication is almost nonexistent. If you try to collaborate with other departments, you might get told off for doing so, despite being encouraged to in the first place. It’s a confusing and demoralizing environment, full of doubt and mixed messages. The marketing department is always the last to find out about internal changes, which makes it impossible to plan effectively. You’ll hear promises of growth opportunities, but if you’re in marketing, don’t expect any. There’s no clear path forward, no development support, and certainly no appreciation for the work being done. There is also no real hybrid or flexible working—despite being suggested during interviews or onboarding, it simply doesn’t exist in practice. If you care about your future and value your mental health, AVOID.
