Change is constant in community health field. Pay is good but can always improve

I believe in Cascadias mission and I've witnessed first hand the amazing things we do for the community. I enjoy the generous benefit package they offer and work-life balance i have.

My workload can be stressful and demanding and taking time off usually results in increased stress since I'm the only person handling provider enrollment.
