Pros
There are no pros other than to remember to be extremely selective when considering job offers, and not to give people the benefit of the doubt just because they seem to be generally nice and in need of competent help.
Cons
Completely disorganized, utterly unprofessional, contentious, argumentative, passive aggressive and outright aggressive working environment. Mentally ill owner has anxiety attacks on a daily basis and runs around making weak attempts to display her non existent competency by yelling and screaming completely illogical, unproductive, and nonsensical commands to her dim witted team. Bunch of clowns for middle managers that have no actual authority to make any decisions scamper like mice when she comes around like scared children fearing for their lives. It is such an unhealthy environment, so utterly absurd, that after a few weeks you just realize it was a bad move to take the gig and laugh your way till the end. Well, that's what I did. Bottom line, keep moving with your job hunt unless you're a junkie who needs a fix or your mortgage is 6 months past due.
