Pros

Some really friendly people can be found here, plus flexibility with work life balance can be achieved (some times).

Cons

A company that has no way of sustaining itself in the future. It came this far, purely based on luck. No proper systems or processes in place AT ALL. You will never be rewarded in any way, but might get fired if they’re in the mood for it (Seriously, you won’t get the bonuses as offered in your employment contract). Awful culture put in place, HR won’t even listen to you or be able to answer any questions you may have. Even the “social perks” they provide, are simply put “lame”, and very inferior to what other organizations this size have to offer, especially in the tech field. Total Compensation packages - benefits and vacation included are not competitive at all and it never will be, so don’t bother.

Pros

The team members were nice

Cons

I have never in my nearly 10 year career worked in such a hostile, toxic environment. The CMO is a ruthless leader and talks down to and is rude/disrespectful to staff members. The environment was so bad that several people left after a short time because of how she treated them. I personally witnessed abusive outbursts and shared my feelings with HR upon my departure.
