We appreciate your feedback! We certainly do have the opportunity to work with amazing people and support work-life balance through our Agile Work Strategy. Regarding your comments on compensation, we undertake annual reviews to ensure our compensation rates are competitive in the market and that our employees are rewarded for their work. Additionally, over the last year we have implemented a Culture of Feedback supported by tools and people to support a performance review cycle to assist in developing and rewarding our people.
