      Pros

      Great people to work with. A lot of respect for the management team. A lot of mobility if you're willing.

      Cons

      Pay is pretty low. Little incentive to be an assistant manager because the change is pay is too minimal.

      Its close to my home

      Cons

      Corporate dosent care. They dont maintain equipment or property leave employees to suffer the back lash when customers can't get gas or a slushy. The ac was broken during a heat advisory where feels like was in the low hundreds. They do not allow breaks. Somedays you may go 7 or 8 hours with out even a restroom break.
