      The benefits, the "family" atmosphere, always upgrading the work place or programs to make work easier

      Cons

      Upper management, corporate office doesn't make it to the job sites.

      Its close to my home

      Corporate dosent care. They dont maintain equipment or property leave employees to suffer the back lash when customers can't get gas or a slushy. The ac was broken during a heat advisory where feels like was in the low hundreds. They do not allow breaks. Somedays you may go 7 or 8 hours with out even a restroom break.
