Cons
The industry needs require us to be operational 24/7, some departments have to work weekends and holidays.

Clocking out. That's about it. Some coworkers are cool and we bond over how miserable we are here

Management is a joke - zero leadership, zero accountability. The harder you work, the more they dump on you. Slackers get rewarded, while reliable workers get stuck picking up the pieces. You'll be micromanaged one minute and ignored the next. Communication is nonexistent, favoritism runs the show, and if you speak up, you're suddenly the problem. Morale? Dead. Respect? Don't expect
