Pros
Co workers really look out for each other and become true family. If a member of the team is slacking others will help pick up the pace and everyone works well together. There’s also a couple bonuses you can earn but they do make it difficult to obstain the order entry and on time delivery the one time delivery bonus sucks cause it’s literally more on the factory than yourself so you don’t have totally control.
Cons
Insurance is the biggest con it’s ok if you are dead but if you have any medical issues including diabetes the coverage sucks. Or am sure if you can get a spouses insurance that would make up for it. Next to insurance comes raises and paying employees for what they are worth which this place doesn’t do.
