      Pros

      Castles has a talented workforce of people. They hire many from other competitors. Good solid hardware product. Pay is decent.

      Cons

      There is no real HR in the NA division. Therefore, that leaves the CEO and EVP to do whatever they want. They do not follow the proper HR procedures. It is a very toxic work environment. Executive mgt. thinks it is acceptable to belittle and down talk their employees. The Executive Mgt. in NA is going to drive away all of their good employees.

      Room for growth opportunities. Collaborative environment. Ability to create and/or change procedures and processes to the betterment of the company.

      Cons

      Need a more strategic approach when hiring. Many layoffs and change in the last few years.
