Located near subways. There is a very small green screen studio. There are lots of places to eat around there.
Cons
Owner of the company is aloof and entitled. You may learn something new because you are asked to do more than what you were originally hired and paid to do, with no extra compensation. Example a production assistant will be asked to AC, DIT and shoot to save money. Since camera operators are not offered assistants or DIT. Also if you edit you may be asked to shoot and work as a production assistant as well as AC.
Invoices were rarely paid on time. Sometimes months would go by. Carrying camera equipment up several flights of stairs is very cumbersome. No elevator. No help. Too hot. This company is very new to television and you can tell by the way the owner operates it. A lot of micro-management by the owner and last minute changes thrown at you.
