Pros

Friendly atmosphere amongst non-management personnel. Free tea and coffee at lunch time.

Cons

Management are people by those who have found themselves a sinecure. Lip service is paid to not working under pressure, to correct application of company policies, to fair treatment of personnel. In practice, this never happens. If your face does not fit, i.e. if you are not a 'yes' person, you will never be promoted. This company performs all manner of activites that are meant to impress corporate in America with their inclusive attitude, however, again, practice, this is only to impress, follow through is non existent. The company has it's own interpretation of ideas such as Kanban, 5S, Black Belts etc, which are miles apart from the reality of these systems. 'Perception' is the current buzzword, which boils down to, if you appear to be doing your job, you don't actually need to do your job, the perception that you appear to be is enough.

Pros

The team is incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and supportive, which has made it easy to learn and feel comfortable asking questions. There is a strong focus on training and collaboration, helping me feel safe, well prepared, and confident in my role. I also appreciate the benefits, which support a good work-life balance.

Cons

One area for improvement is the flexibility for new employees regarding remote work hours.

Pros

Good people and good training Good stepping stone for a pharma manufacturing career clean environment

Cons

Insanely underappreciative and borderline abusive upper management 3+ months mandatory overtime might as well tell your kids they are orphans, you will never be home power hungry micromanagers (spies on people who takes breaks) different pay for everyone cannot stress enough how bad the upper management is, so many people are leaving (even people who have been working for there 5+ years!) because of the lack of appreciation, micromanagement, and clear lack of respect for their workers. very disorganized
