Pros

Learning new skillsets that most entry positions do not learn and co-workers.

Cons

There is last minute weekend, overnight, and holiday work due to poor planning on management. Training on processes cannot be completed until minutes before execution due to lack of production records leading to deviations due to insufficient time to train. Operators are then blamed and management does not take any of the heat for creating a rushed and chaotic environment. Crucial materials are not issued to the manufacturing group in a timely matter leading to a rush to set up and perform processes. The benefits are laughable and merit raises, promotions, and bonuses are taboo to even speak about within the manufacturing group. There is no clear line between entry level and high level positions within the manufacturing group as far as workload and duties go. When trying to approach management with a problem I was promptly talked down upon instead of listened to. Turnover is the highest I've seen at any company.

Good people and good training Good stepping stone for a pharma manufacturing career clean environment

Insanely underappreciative and borderline abusive upper management 3+ months mandatory overtime might as well tell your kids they are orphans, you will never be home power hungry micromanagers (spies on people who takes breaks) different pay for everyone cannot stress enough how bad the upper management is, so many people are leaving (even people who have been working for there 5+ years!) because of the lack of appreciation, micromanagement, and clear lack of respect for their workers. very disorganized
