Some of the worst management on the planet. Supervisors and managers in almost every department have no clue what they’re doing. No communication between departments in an industry that survives on communication between departments. Employees are expected to be ready to work at all hours of the day, including weekends, with only an hours notice ahead of time. Managers and supervisors are completely soulless and lack self-awareness. You cannot go to them with issues because they have no empathy and only care about their paycheck. One of the most bizarre salary systems. Analyst I’s are getting paid more than Analyst II’s.
