Pros

Plenty of overtime, if that's what your looking for

COMMUNICATION!!!!! It took me two weeks to be introduced to any of my team members, and that was due to me asking the only person I knew to introduce me to the team. Scheduling is very poor if it exists, mandatory overtime is expected almost everyday, no work-life balance, not enough parking or office space for the amount of people they currently have on site (and they want to bring back more despite a raging pandemic). Watch out for security if you are sitting at a vacant desk despite the fact that it's open seating.

Pros

The team is incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and supportive, which has made it easy to learn and feel comfortable asking questions. There is a strong focus on training and collaboration, helping me feel safe, well prepared, and confident in my role. I also appreciate the benefits, which support a good work-life balance.

Cons

One area for improvement is the flexibility for new employees regarding remote work hours.

Pros

Good people and good training Good stepping stone for a pharma manufacturing career clean environment

Cons

Insanely underappreciative and borderline abusive upper management 3+ months mandatory overtime might as well tell your kids they are orphans, you will never be home power hungry micromanagers (spies on people who takes breaks) different pay for everyone cannot stress enough how bad the upper management is, so many people are leaving (even people who have been working for there 5+ years!) because of the lack of appreciation, micromanagement, and clear lack of respect for their workers. very disorganized
