Pros

Good pay and benefits, on-site gym, good communication with staff, most people work well in teams. The job can be really tough some days, but most the people working there were really good people, and you could rely on them to help you out, and make sure you get a break at a reasonable time. We all really had each others backs, which isn't something I've really experienced at any other job.

Cons

After the lay offs in December, they don't seem to know what they're doing or where they're going. Lots of moving people around, and adding extra workloads to the people who didn't get laid off. Often times things are chaotic and disorganized in manufacturing. It was pretty common to be told I would do something, and then wait awhile for the other people in my group to be ready, only to be told that I would be doing a completely different thing that day. Some departments were more organized than others, but it was a common thread overall.

Pros

Good people and good training Good stepping stone for a pharma manufacturing career clean environment

Cons

Insanely underappreciative and borderline abusive upper management 3+ months mandatory overtime might as well tell your kids they are orphans, you will never be home power hungry micromanagers (spies on people who takes breaks) different pay for everyone cannot stress enough how bad the upper management is, so many people are leaving (even people who have been working for there 5+ years!) because of the lack of appreciation, micromanagement, and clear lack of respect for their workers. very disorganized
