Pros
Most of the people you work with are genuinely talented, supportive, and often the only reason the day-to-day work gets done despite leadership decisions.
Cons
This company loves to talk about culture and valuing employees—just don’t expect to see it in practice. There is unspoken preparation for an M&A that everyone sees coming, but no one talks about. Due to this, resources and staff have been cut to the bone while leadership pretends everything is fine. Teams are chronically understaffed, workloads keep growing, and “do more with less” is the unofficial motto. Communication is vague, decisions are made behind closed doors, and transparency is forgone. The biggest issue is the hypocrisy. The culture that’s marketed externally does not match the day-to-day reality internally. Morale is low, burnout is high, and people are clearly expendable. Proceed with caution if values and employee respect actually matter to you.
