At Catch Co. we pride ourselves in creating a culture that engages both anglers and non-anglers, so I’m happy you found our industry exciting and were able to stock up on some tackle from the freebie box! We are always striving to improve, and are passionate about taking feedback to heart. Last month we began posting a digest in the #general channel that provides an overview of performance, trends, and developments occurring across the business. The goal here is to better inform the company on what everyone is working on, how we are trending to our goals, and where opportunities exist to get involved. In the last year we have also developed a training module where we highlight effective communication practices for managers and their teams.
