Pros
1. Good place for freshers to start their career journey. Vast opportunities to learn and grow within each role. Good exposure to each role. The managers and team are always ready to help and guide. Open office concept which allows department to intermingle. The corporate office staff adopt a team/kampung type spirit and all seem well-united. Positive working colleagues. Good food options available just a 5-10 min walking distance from the office.Flexible and good working hours - you can choose what time you wanna start out of 4 timings. They use a clock-in/clock out system for attendance. The HR can be flexible as long as you inform your boss on your work-related whereabouts
Cons
Career progression opportunities here are a bit difficult and slow here if you are looking to climb the ranks in the next few years. Open office concept which can be noisy and distracting especially if you are used to having privacy. The location of the office is in a run down building in an industrial park. Can be dark and eerie if you leave office after sunset. Overall bad facilities. Shared toilet with other occupants of the building - can be unpleasant sometimes. Lack of transparency from top management to employees regarding the bonus scheme
