- Love the environment in the company - I love how easy and clear communication was - I love the opportunity that they gave me

I can't remember any cons

- The general team are all lovely, really friendly group - Office location (but not for commuting by car) - The earning potential

- The Directors and forced fun culture - High staff turnover - The lack of support and training for a new consultant. Poor output leads to micromanagement which of course leads to worse output. I have since been billing well in my new employer which highlighted this to me.
