Pros
Easy to get hired if you have a good personality.
Cons
The older people who are not certified (yet have 18+ years experience) are mean and nasty to new employees. Then they try to sabotage the work that bye employees do. Management can't solve ignorance... the pay is at least $3.00/hr. less then any area hospitals. Retention is extremely LOW due to these factors. No one wants to be around miserable people and not get paid well. The persons with least seniority are 10 months in, and the other is 3 years (but he's part time).
