Bullying - flagged many times to HR, nothing was done - they just wait for difficult individuals to leave instead of tackling their behaviour.
Changes of management and processes - too often, very unsettling for staff and volunteers, gets in the way of the work.
People at the top spend too much money on nice hotels and meeting rooms, the money wasted is shocking. We don't all need to stay over or have a full three-course meal.
Promotions offered that don't exist - or promises given of job evaluation for long periods of time that don't materialise. They need to follow through with promises and be authentic.
Both staff and volunteers are allowed to speak to people in the most disgraceful ways - I used to dread opening emails from certain individuals. Nothing was ever done to improve this.
Morale very low all over this organisation.
Lack of respect for others - I was unfortunately managed by one of the most two-faced managers I've ever had, with a large ego.
