I had a wonderful time interning with such an amazing group of people who care so much about our community! Definitely recommend if you are into non profit! Even as an intern they let me work on actual projects which I learned so much from!

Not really any cons I can think of

Everyone at Causewave is smart and cares about making the world a better place, you get to be involved in many different projects at once, low-stress, lots of great skills/experiences to put on a resume. Good organization.

No pay. Some interns get swamped with work, others have basically zero. Most intern tasks are pretty boring, such as making google forms or plugging stuff into excel files.
