Terrible company to work for - Anonymous employee Cavendish Professionals Employee Review

I worked at Cavendish Professionals for almost 5 years and I am so grateful for the experience. You are rewarded generously for your achievements and Patrick and Laura are incredibly supportive and always encouraging. Everyone works extremely hard but we also had a lot of fun - it is a great atmosphere in the office and a happy company culture. I will always compare any company I work at to Cavendish as they set the bar so high!

I’ve had a very poor experience with this agency. I was not paid on time, which left me in a difficult position financially. Because of this, I couldn’t even afford fuel to get into work, meaning I physically had no way of attending shifts. Communication has also been extremely unprofessional. Instead of handling issues properly, Joe came across as childish and unhelpful when I raised concerns. When someone relies on their wages to live, this kind of behaviour is unacceptable. I will be attaching screenshots as evidence of the issues I’ve faced. I would strongly advise others to think twice before working with this agency, as reliability and professionalism seem to be seriously lacking.
